SALON POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
*All Online Bookings, NEW Guest and Consultation will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your spot. Your deposit will be deducted from your total service on the day of your visit.
All Credit/Debit Cards including AMEX surcharge may apply at 0.99%, AMEX 1.9%
Services such as Full Head of Foils, 3/4 Head of Foils, Super Lightning (full head bleach), Hair Extensions and Keratin services will also require a 50% non refundable deposit from the total service.
Deposit(s) are Non-Refundable on ‘No Show’, Cancelled appointment or change of mind, we reserves the right to cancel, ‘non confirmed’ appointments.
If you are more than 20 mins late management has the right to cancel or reschedule your next appointment for another day/time.
Cancellation/rescheduling three (3) hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee from your total service, a "no show" for your appointment will also incur a 100% No Show fee from your total service.
Any services that requires more time such as Re-shape, Total New Look or Thick and Extra Long hair, extra charge will be quoted before hand. Hair Cut Only service will only be dried off, no styled blow dry.
Colour pricing is for standard colour applications only. If extra colour is needed you will be notified and quoted for the service.
We recommend to have a Skin Test Patch if you haven't seen us before.
Seven Days Return Policy, we understand sometimes we see things differently, we have a Seven Days Return Policy if you are unsure about your colour or hair cut, please come back as soon as possible within these time period, after the Seven Days Policy has expired a new quote may apply. A change of mind will be charged at a full price. We do not offer cash refunds, only credit note/voucher.

* Offers & Special Promotions, Club Memberships are only to be used for that particular offer on the day/month or week(s). Offer can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions. It can not be exchange for cash/cheques or credit. All offers/promotions, Club Membership will have an expiry date of a minimum of one week to a maximum of two months, Gift Voucher(s) and Club Membership will expire in 12 months from the date of purchase except for Life Time Platinum Membership does not expire.
Our "Off Peak" services are only available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and must mention the code “OFFPEAK” when making a paypal payment to be eligible with the offer. Eligible New Guests by “invitation only” by another guest of the salon may receive 50% off from their hair cut/blow dry not from their total service. The Off Peak services are only for basic colour roots maintance and hair cut and blow dry. For more complext colour work must be book during Thursdays - Saturdays.
Vouchers/Club Memberships are not available on Sundays, Public Holidays and or during Prime Time* And/or in November + December except Life Time Platinum Club Members - vouchers and discounts do not apply on retails/electrical tools.

New Guests are welcome by invitation only from an existing guests of the salon and will receive 50% OFF!
We do not take new guests during our peak time in November + December.
Please call us within up to 48 - 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your reservation with us (Not 3 or 5 hours before)
We give generous time with our consultation and services please show respect to other guests by arriving on time.
You will be notified if we are running behind for your appointment.
Please note ALL consultations will be recorded via audio for staff training and quality purposes if you do not wish your consultation to be recorded please let us know.
