*A $70 deposit is required to secure your reservation for all new guests ALL online booking(s) requires a PAYPAL prepayment deposit from the time of booking or call the salon 03 9041 3252 for further assistance. Your secure prepayment deposit will be deducted from your total service on the day of your visit.
All Credit/Debit Cards a surcharge may apply AMEX at a higher rate.
Services such as Full Head of Foils, 3/4 Head of Foils, Super Lightning (full head bleach), Hair Extensions and Keratin services we require a 50% deposit from the total service.
Deposit are none-refundable on "No Show", Cancelled appointment or change of mind, we reserves the right to cancel, "non confirmed" appointments.
Cancellation/rescheduling three hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee from your total service, a "no show" for your appointment will also incur a 100% No Show fee from your total service.
Any services that requires more time such as Re-shape, Total New Look or Thick and Extra Long hair, extra charge will be quoted before hand.
Colour pricing is for standard colour applications only. If extra colour is needed you will be notified and quoted for the service.
We recommend to have a Skin Test Patch if you haven't seen us before.
Seven Days Return Policy, we understand sometimes we see things differently, we have a Seven Days Return Policy if you are unsure about your colour or hair cut, please come back as soon as possible within these time period, after the Seven Days Policy has expired a new quote may apply. A change of mind will be charged at a full price. We do not offer cash refunds, only credit note/voucher.

We advice to reserve your appointment(s) with D'Artanian at least 4-6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment we can also put your name on a waiting lists.
New Guests are only available Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
We don't take New Guests during December.
Please call us wihtin 48-24 hours to cancel or reschedule your reservation with us.
We like to give generous time witih our services and consultations, please show respect to other guests by arriving on time.
We will notify our guests 30mins to 60mins if we are running behind.
If you are more than 15/20 mins late management has the right to cancel or reschedule your next appointment.
Please note ALL consultations will be recorded via audio for staff training and quality purposes if you do not wish your consultation to be recorded please let us know.
